Referendum to Increase the Maximum Tax of the Brandon Hills Special Tax District

Shall the Board of Trustees of the Brandon Hills Special Tax District be authorized to increase the assessed tax from $250.00, but not to exceed $500.00, per annum per improved residential parcel? This proposed assessment is sufficient to continue existing and projected maintenance and improvement projects.

Referendum to increase the special assessment tax of Country Run Special Tax District from $50 to $75

The Board of Trustees of Country Run Special Tax District shall be authorized at their discretion to increase the future assessed tax from $50 to a maximum of $200 not to exceed a $25 increase per year. The proposed assessment is sufficient to continue existing and future maintenance projects.

Tarawood Special Dependent Taxing District Tax Assessment Referendum

The board of the Tarawood Special Dependent Taxing District has proposed an increase to the allowable maximum tax assessment to $250.00 per annum for each residential lot in accordance with Taxing District Charter per Ordinance #89-40. Any increase to the annual assessment requires approval following advertised public meetings. All funds collected are for the common good of Tarawood.
