Shall Article II, Section 2 of the Town Charter be amended as set forth in Ordinance 2018-18 to change the Town Commission term of office from a two (2) year term to a three (3) year term, and change the Town Commission election cycle to correspond with the term of office change?

Density Referendum

May the Town allow the property located at 5630 Gulf of Mexico Drive and comprising approximately 1.82 acres, to increase density from C-1 commercial uses (which allows no density) to either R-4MX or R-4SF residential use (which allow a maximum of four (4) residential units per acre), for a maximum total of 7 residential units on the property?

ANNA MARIA CHARTER AMENDMENT 1

City Charter Amendment Providing for Forfeiture of Office upon Finding of Ethics Violation

Shall the Anna Maria City Charter be amended to provide that any City Commission member or the Mayor shall forfeit such office if he or she is found by the Florida Commission on Ethics to have violated any portion of the Code of Ethics for Public Officials and Employees found in Chapter 112, Florida Statutes?

City Charter Amendment Requiring City Commission's Approval for Mayor's Appointment of City Treasurer

City Charter Cleanup Amendment

Shall the Anna Maria City Charter be amended to make technical, corrective and conforming changes to the Charter to correct scrivener's and grammatical errors, conform City investment activity, the enactment of emergency ordinances, and certain referendum requirements to current state law, and add clarifications to make the Charter easier to read and understand?

Revision of Legal Description

Shall the City of Holmes Beach amend Charter Article II to consolidate and revise the legal description of the City to accurately reflect all land within the corporate limits of the City?

HOLMES BEACH CHARTER AMENDMENT 2

Addition of language further restricting use of City-owned or controlled real property

Shall the City of Holmes Beach amend Charter Article III, Section 3.09(g) to require an ordinance selling, vacating, conveying, transferring or abandoning City-owned real property and rights of way be approved by a super majority vote of the Commission and a subsequent referendum at a general election and to require a super majority vote of the Commission to lease or permit use of real property, restricting such leases or permits to five years or less?
