ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Skies will go between partly cloudy and mostly clear into Tuesday morning. It will be chilly with cooler lows dropping into the 40s to low 50s.

Tuesday will feature mostly sunny skies with just some high thin clouds. Even with the sunshine, it will still be a cool day with highs struggling to get out of the 60s.

Tuesday night will be chilly again with lows in the 40s to low 50s.

Wednesday will be slightly warmer, with highs into the low 70s. It will start out sunny, but clouds will increase through the day with some showers and storms likely moving in Wednesday night.

Lows will not drop much, staying in the low 60s.

Thursday will be a wet, rainy day with showers and storms moving through the area. Highs will be near 70.

We will still have rain showers on Friday due to a strong west wind and lingering moisture coming in from the Gulf of Mexico. Highs will be in the 60s.

Then we will finally clear out, with sunshine returning this weekend, but it will be a chilly forecast.
