Universal Orlando has just revealed the new menu for Volcano Bay, its new water park.

  • Menu will feature more than 60 island-inspired items
  • Specialty cocktails and beer will also be available
  • Volcano Bay opens May 25

Created by Universal’s culinary team, the menu will feature more than 60 island-inspired items, including snacks and entrees.

Among the food offerings are Poke Poke bowl, mango BBQ pulled pork sandwich, glazed Hawaiian ribs, coconut curry chicken and specialty burgers.

For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a chocolate pineapple upside down cake to try.

Traditional items such as chicken fingers, burgers and pizza are also on the menu.

For adults, several specialty cocktails and beer will be available.

The items can be found at the four restaurants located throughout the park.

Kohola Reef Restaurant & Social Club is located near the Krakatau volcano -- in the Wave Village area -- and will feature quinoa edamame burgers and coconut crusted chicken.

The other restaurants are Whakawaiwai Eats, Bamb and The Feasting Frog.

The water park will also feature two bars: the Kunuku Boat Bar and the Dancing Dragons Boat Bar.

Many of the items will be available on Volcano Bay’s Universal Dining Plan.

Volcano Bay opens May 25.

For the past several months, Universal has slowly released more and more about the new water park: attractions, backstory and of course, the TapuTapu wearable device.
