The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will be the biggest yet when it kicks off Aug. 31 at Walt Disney World.

The popular festival will last a record 75 days and feature more marketplaces—35 in total.

The 75-day-long festival will feature a total of 35 marketplaces. The number 35 marks the 35th anniversary of Epcot’s opening.

India and Spain are the newest marketplaces to be announced.

Among the new menu items that will be available at India are the spicy korma chicken and with cucumber-tomato salad, almonds, cashews and warm naan bread; and the pistachio cardamom cake with a dollop of chocolate coconut mousse. At the Spain marketplace, charcuterie in a cone will be available.

The Farm Fresh marketplace, a returning favorite, will add a new menu item: crispy chicken with griddled cornbread and gravy.

In addition to the food, other features of the festival include the Eat to the Beat concert series, a “Ratatouille”-inspired scavenger hunt, culinary demonstrations and dining and pairing events.

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs Aug.31 through Nov.13.
