A 26-year-old Daytona Beach man has been arrested in the shooting of another man.

According to Daytona Beach police, Chauncey Bryant has been charged with aggravated battery after a shooting Saturday morning at 511 Jean Street.
When officers arrived, they found Derrick Bell, 38, shot in the arm and stomach.
Bell was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center where he underwent surgery and is now recovering.
Officers said Bell and Bryant had been involved in an altercation.
An investigation into the shooting led officers to arrest Bryant and Bell - who was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The shooting remains under investigation.
