A Seminole family is asking for the public's help to find their missing relative.

Robert Dulin was last seen leaving Congressman Bill Young's office on December 4th about 11 a.m.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Dulin made a phone call and said he was walking back to the Pine Tree Manor Assisted Living Facility where he lives but he never arrived.

"He just vanished," said Tom Dulin, his brother. "He just disappeared in an area he knows very well."

Dulin was in a car accident in the 1970's and has physical and mental disabilities as a result.

"Robert has had a lot of setbacks and a lot of disappointments in his life," said Tom Dulin.

Dulin's family said he suffers from panic attacks and also needs to take his medications.

"We love him very much. We want him home for Christmas. There's no choice in the matter. He needs to come home," said Tom Dulin.

Robert Dulin was last seen wearing a white and blue plaid long sleeved shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes. He walks with a gait.
