An elderly couple found dead in their home on Saturday was the result of a murder-suicide, officials said.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Eloise Bailey, 87, and James Bailey, 88, were found dead inside their home by their son around 11:45 a.m. located in the 9000 block of Six Mile Creek Road in Tampa.
Deputies said the husband shot his wife who had dementia and then killed himself.
