MJ Schnitt has fired his lawyers.
Schnitt recently lost a defamation lawsuit against radio rival Bubba the Love Sponge but vowed to appeal the jury's decision.
One of Schnitt’s attorneys was arrested during the trial for suspicion of DUI and claims he was set up by the law firm representing Bubba.
The law firm of Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick released a statement saying quote: "we continue to believe in the Schnittts' cause of action and hope that they are ultimately able to bring an end to the attacks on them personally and their personal reputations in this community."
No word on who Schnitt will hire as a replacement.
