A Citrus County couple were arrested after deputies said they burned two boys with their cigarettes multiple times.

According to reports, Timothy Huggins, 30 and Patricia Baker, 35, were watching two boys, ages 2 and 4, in Homosassa when they allegedly burned the victims with their cigarettes.

Deputies said the person who filed the complaint noticed the burns when the boys returned home. That person told deputies the boys were in the bath when one began to cry.

Deputies say the boys said the Huggins burned them.

In the report, one of the victims told deputies Huggins was mad at the time and that Huggins' girlfriend had also burned him multiple times.

One of the boys had six burns, medical officials said.

The victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Huggins and Baker were charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse.
