Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy in a shooting Saturday night in Ybor City that sent another teenager to the hospital.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m., shortly after the popular Krew of Sant' Yago Knight Parade ended.

Police said two teens were arguing in front the Centro Ybor complex at Eighth Avenue and 16th Street. The shooter fired at one teen and hit another.

The injured teen was taken to Tampa General Hospital, where he was in stable condition Sunday morning.

Bay News 9 is not identifying the boy who was arrested because of his age.

Several thousand people packed Seventh Avenue for the annual Knight Parade.
