The former Lakeland police officer accused of sexually battering and stalking a woman wants to get out of jail.
Julio Pagan asked a judge Tuesday to set bond for him.
Investigators said Pagan met a woman while responding to a call, then later went to her home several times and attacked her while in uniform and on duty.
A judge will decide by the end of June whether Pagan gets bond.
