The 911 call that brought deputies to the home of a murdered Pasco County grandmother has now been released.
The brutal slaying of 74-year-old Sylvia Schmitt occurred last week.
Deputies headed to Schmitt's home in the nudist community of Paradise Lakes after a neighbor reported seeing Schmitt's grandson-18-year-old Brandon Machetto with her body.
A neighbor described the disturbing scene.
"Her grandson lives with her and I swear he just dragged her out of the house and put her in the van and left...I may be mistaken but it's really scary...He's young and very angry."
Machetto was on the run with the body for several hours before deputies were able to make their arrest, officials say. Machetto has since been charged with 1st degree murder.
