Largo police are conducting a death investigation.
Police said a fight took place at the Royal Pines Condominiums on East Bay and Bedford Drive, which left one person dead.
Largo Police were alerted by neighbors around 5:30 p.m. who reported a fight had taken place and a man was bleeding. Upon arrival officers found a man dead.
A witness said he was hit with brass knuckles by the same man. Another witness said he saw the man stab a relatice of his.
"The kid (name redacted) stabbed my girlfriend (name redacted) brother and then dragged him into the apartment," said witness Thomas Washburn.
"He just ran in my house, tried to rob me," said witness James Gold. "It didn't go as planned. Got hit with brass knuckles."
Largo police are not releasing the names of those involved, or how the man died. They also have not released what kind of weapon was used.
Police are investigating the incident. They say everyone involved knew each other and have been identified. They are currently being interviewed by detectives.
