The DaVinci Machines Exhibit is ending its eight-month stop in Bradenton.

The exhibit brought in an average of 6,000 to 8,000 visitors a month to the Bradenton Auditorium, which is the same number of people the exhibit attracted when it stopped in Denver.

According to our partners at the Bradenton Herald, City Clerk Carl Callahan said this was the first time the auditorium had turned a profit since the city started renting it out.

The exhibit brought the city a $30,000 profit. Last year, the auditorium operated at a $100,000 loss.
