A pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday night while trying to cross the street at the intersection of E Fowler Avenue and N 19th Street, Tampa police said.
Police had still not released the pedestrian's name or any other details Wednesday morning.
The driver involved reportedly stopped at the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
