Upper-level energy will move form the eastern gulf to over Central Florida Sunday. Areas of heavy showers and maybe some thunderstorms will be possible. Some high rain totals are possible.

The strongest cold front of the year will come through later on Sunday. The rain will end and a chilly north wind will develop.

Temperatures will likely peak during the first half of the day then drop off quickly after the front passes during the afternoon and evening.

The front will be clearing the state Sunday night, taking away the rain chances. High pressure builds into the area, with skies clearing out before Monday morning. Cooler and drier air moves in with gusty north then northeast winds.

The work week through Thanksgiving look dry.

A small craft advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Tuesday for the coastal waters.
