A 58-year-old man has died after being pulled from a swimming pool at his home in Bradenton.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said Orien Lee Drew was found floating in the deep end of the pool on Saturday. His wife pulled him out of the water and called for help.
Drew was taken to a hospital where he died on Sunday.
His wife told authorities that she had left him home with their dog on Saturday afternoon. She found him when she returned about two hours later.
