A 50-year-old Wesley Chapel motorcyclist was fatally injured Saturday night when a pickup truck turned into his path on Old Pasco Road, authorities said.
Dean Alan Crislip was riding a 2000 Yamaha south on Old Pasco around 10:30 p.m. when a 2014 Toyota Tacoma traveling in the opposite direction started a left turn onto Dayflower Boulevard. The motorcycle hit the right side of the truck, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Crislip was transported the motorcyclist to Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, where he later died.
The driver of the pickup truck, 28-year-old Tyler Alan Jones, was not injured, the FHP said.
