A 25-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a crash in Tampa.
According to deputies, Kevin Bernuy was eastbound on Waters Avenue when he ran a red light at Handley Road and collided with a southbound 2010 Lincoln Town Car driven by Frederick Ngwashi.
Bernuy, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to St. Joseph Hospital, officials said.
Ngwashi, 56, was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
In a separate crash, a motorcyclist was killed Monday evening in Temple Terrace.
