Seeing an alligator on a Florida golf course is not uncommon. But one extremely large gator spotted at a course in Palmetto caused some golfers to take a break from their game and watch in disbelief.

In a video shot by Charles Helms, the gator can be seen casually walking across the Buffalo Creek Golf Course last week.
“That is the biggest freaking alligator I’ve ever seen in my life,” Helms can be heard saying in the video. The golfers couldn't believe how big the gator was, causing Helms to joke that it was "two guys in an alligator suit."
Apparently the massive gator, thought to be between 15 and 16 feet long, is a regular. According to staff at the golf course, he’s been roaming the course for years.
