A motorcyclist was killed in an accident Saturday night on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.

The motorcyclist was identified Sunday as Dawon Antonio Anderson, 25, of Tampa.
According to Clearwater Police, he was riding a 2012 Yamaha motorcycle eastbound on Gulf-to-Bay when the driver of a westbound Honda Odyssey made a left turn to enter the Burger King parking lot.
The motorcycle crashed into the passenger side of the van.
Anderson was taken to Mease Countryside Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A child from the van was taken to Bayfront for treatment of minor injuries. The investigation continues into the crash.
