Here's your Tampa area weather forecast for late Friday into Saturday morning, with a look at conditions into early next week.

  • Nice Saturday
  • Front Sunday
  • Rain chances next week

Skies will be mostly clear into Saturday morning, but there will be some areas of patchy fog. Any fog or low clouds will burn off quickly after sunrise.

Morning lows will be seasonably cool, but a couple of degrees milder than we saw the last few mornings, stopping in the 50s for most spots inland, and low 60s near the coast.

Saturday will be another fantastic day, but slightly warmer than the past couple of days, with most highs around 80. It will be slightly cooler at the beach with highs in the 70s, and slightly warmer inland with highs in the low 80s.

Skies will be mostly sunny.

Saturday night will be mostly clear to partly cloudy with lows in the 60s. It will be much milder as the winds shift in front of the approaching cold front on the way for Sunday.

Expect clouds to increase into Sunday with the front approaching from the northwest. Therefore, the chance for a few showers will come earlier in the day for northern counties, and then in the afternoon for southern counties.

There won't be much to the shower chance as the front quickly passes. Highs will still reach the upper 70s before the front arrives Sunday afternoon.

Then cooler, drier air will come rushing in quickly Sunday evening. Winds will increase and temperatures will drop.

By Monday morning the lows will be back down in the 40s to low 50s.

Next week looks a lot different with multiple rain chances headed toward Thanksgiving.
