Friends of Alisa Summers gathered in the last place anyone had seen her, a Walgreens parking lot.

It’s in that parking lot, located at 5605 Fishhawk Crossing Boulevard in Lithia, a witness said Summers appeared to be hand-tied and screaming for help. A man forced her into her car and drove off.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as Summers’ estranged husband Trevor.

“We’ve been searching their financial records, phone records to see if we can locate where they were first last,” said Col. Donna Lusczynski, with the Sheriff’s Office. “If they have made any purchases, made any calls, but we’ve been unsuccessful at this time.”

A search of Alisa’s housed turned up nothing.

The couple has been living separately as they are going through a divorce after 17 years of marriage, according to investigators.

The two met up early Saturday before Alisa disappeared.

“Yesterday morning, Alisa went over to Trevor’s residence, apparently had told someone that she was going over so they could talk about their marriage and maybe possibly their resolution and she has not been seen since,” said Debbie Carter with HCSO.

Alisa and Trevor have five children ranging in ages from 3 to 14.

Friends say they are trying to hold onto hope that wherever the Summers are, they both come back safe and soon.
