A motorcyclist was killed Thursday night during a collision in Tarpon Springs.

  • Motorcycle crashed into vehicle at E. Lake Rd. and Trinity Blvd. 

The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. Thursday at East Lake Road and Trinity Boulevard.

Troopers said Tyler Christian Noble, 24, of Holiday, was traveling northbound on East Lake Road at a high rate of speed, when a Honda CR-V traveling southbound on East Lake Rd. turned left at the intersection of Trinity Blvd. and into the path of Noble.

The motorcycle collided with the rear passenger side of the Honda, ejecting Noble from the bike.

Troopers said Noble died on scene.

The driver of the Honda, Myles Megna, 17, of Trinity, did not receive any injuries.

According to the report, it is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Charges are pending as the crash remains under investigation.
