According to Largo Police, the crash happened at 3:17 a.m. on US 19 near Roosevelt Boulevard.
The roadway remained closed for several hours Wednesday morning, finally reopening just after 7 a.m. Huge traffic delays on southbound US 19 resulted.
Police have not released any information on the victim or details of the crash.
