Heavy rain fell in the Tampa Bay area for the second Sunday in a row

  • Record daily rainfall in Tampa on Sunday
  • Dry and mild week ahead
  • Low rain chances next weekend

There is no cold air behind this front, so expect monday to still be mild.

Skies will clear out Monday with sunshine returning and highs in the mid 70s.

Monday night will be mostly clear with lows in the 50s and some upper 40s in northern counties.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy and nice with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy with higsh in the upper 70s. There will be a front that gets very close Wednesday night, but it will not have a huge impact. It will only drop our tempreatures a couple degrees.

So for Thursday expect highs in the mid 70s under partly cloudy skies.

Next Friday and Saturday will be partly cloudy and mild with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the 60s.
