A judge will rule within two months whether the Casey Anthony civil trial will continue.

Casey Anthony's civil lawyers are trying to get the lawsuit brought on by Zenaida Gonzalez thrown out.

Gonzalez is suing for defamation, claiming her life was ruined after Casey Anthony told investigators a nanny with the same name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee, in 2008.

Now, Casey's attorneys are saying she never identified which Zenaida Gonzalez she was referring to when she made those initial claims.

Casey's criminal defense team later admitted there never was a nanny. Caylee's remains were found six months after she disappeared, and Casey was acquitted of her daughter's murder in 2011.

The civil defamation trial was scheduled to begin in April, but was recently delayed until January 2013 after lawyers on both sides said they had conflicts with other, unrelated cases.

Judge Munyon says she will issue a ruling within 60 days.
