George Zimmerman has turned himself in following a judge’s decision to revoke his bond Friday.

His attorney, Mark O'Mara, plans to file a motion Monday for a new bond hearing.

According to O'Mara, Zimmerman arrived at the Seminole County Jail just around 1:30 p.m. Sunday. He was booked about 15 minutes later.

In the same fashion as when he left the jail in the middle of the night back in April, Zimmerman was back at the jail just 42 days later.

According to Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O'Mara, he returned to Sanford Saturday night. O’Mara said Zimmerman traveled “very far” to get to Sanford.

His bond was revoked during a hearing Friday afternoon where prosecutors said his wife, Shelly, lied to the court about how much money they had and said Zimmerman had a second passport in his possession.

Judge Kenneth Lester sided with the prosecution saying that Zimmerman could not benefit from “misrepresentations that the court relied upon.”

"He's worried about his wife, he is worried about himself, he is worried about his family. He is worried about anyone who is in hiding because of the enormous anger, hatred, and frustration that has occured from this case," said O'Mara during a press conference after Zimmerman arrived at the jail.

The State Attorney’s Office also said Zimmerman had two passports, but only surrendered one at the time of his bond. O’Mara said the passport incident was a “non-issue.”

According to Seminole County sheriff, Don Eslinger, Zimmerman was taken into custody at a business parking lot near the area of Lake Mary and Interstate-4 at about 1:25 p.m. Zimmerman will be housed in administrative confinement.

Eslinger described Zimmerman as quiet and cooperative.

This case has gained national attention. Zimmerman admitted to shooting and killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February. Zimmerman claimed it was done in self-defense.

Zimmerman is being held without bail until a next hearing, but so far, the judge has not set a date for that yet.

Officials said Zimmerman’s cell is designed to hold two inmates and is approximately 67 square feet. It is equipped with a toilet and two beds. A mattress, pillow, bed sheets, and blanket are provided.

Inmates are scheduled for three hours of recreation time per week.

Inmates are provided three meals per day, with an average daily calorie count of 2,834. Serving times typically start at 4 a.m. for breakfast, 10:30 a.m. for lunch and 4 p.m. for dinner.

Inmates are permitted to purchase items from the commissary twice a week. The costs of the items purchased are debited from the inmate’s trust account. Zimmerman will be given an opportunity to make his first purchase of items following his booking.
