Two cars, a pickup truck with a trailer, a semi and an SUV crashed on I-75, creating an early morning mess in the Ocala area.
The collision on I-75 shut down the southbound lanes for about an hour south of US 27 (Old Blichton Road).
There are an unknown number of injuries according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The pickup truck was towing a trailer with 1,000 wooden crates. When the trailer overturned, those crates spilled onto the highway.
No word on what caused the crash.
