The man accused of gunning down another man at an Orlando gas station has been ordered to be held without bond at a Saturday morning hearing.

Richard McKinney, 50, was arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail in connection to the murder of Eric George, 43.

Orange County deputies said the two men knew each other because of a woman.

The deadly shooting took place around 5 p.m. Thursday, at a RaceTrac gas station near the intersection of John Young Parkway and Oak Ridge Road.

There were conflicts between the two men in the past, deputies said. George used to be married to the same woman who McKinney used to date.

Deputies said George arrived on a bike, went into the store, then he and McKinney came out.

Witnesses told detectives they saw both men in the store together, but they didn't see them arguing or fighting.

McKinney then shot George at point-blank range, deputies said.
