A screaming naked man had to be arrested by police in Jacksonville.
Adding more to the confusion, the man was swinging a 3-foot to 4-foot sword.
Residents in an apartment complex were able to get the man to put down the sword.
Witnesses said another man was able to subdue the naked man until police arrived.
