Universal Orlando has announced two new hotels that will open in the summer of 2019.

The hotels will be built on 64 acres of property at the intersection of Universal Boulevard and International Drive, the former site of Wet 'n Wild water park.

One of the hotels will have 750 rooms, while the other will have 2,050 rooms, including two-bedroom suites for “families of all sizes.”

The hotels will feature pools, food courts, poolside bars, fitness rooms, car rental facilities and more.

Each hotel will offer a nightly rate that starts at less than $100, which is priced below Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort.

Guests can take advantage of early access to Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and Volcano Bay water park as well as “complimentary transportation across the resort.”

Universal released two renderings that show the tropical-style themeing of the hotels.

The team behind other Universal hotels such as the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort will bring the new hotels to life.

With the addition of the newly-announced hotels and the Aventura Hotel, Universal will have a total of 9,000 guest rooms on property.

Universal has yet to release the names of the new hotels.

Reservations will begin in early 2018.
