"Under the Radar" is a web series dedicated to featuring 10 of the Bay area's most underrated football players. This is the first in our 10-part series.

Andy Embody may be small, but his play on the football field is everything but.

The 5-foot-8, 170-pound athlete plays practically every position for Carrollwood Day, making an impact on offense, defense and special teams. He showed off just how valuable he can during the Patriots spring game against Cardinal Mooney, totaling five touchdowns, including a rushing TD, two caught, one passing and a pick six.

Entering his senior season, Embody doesn't have a single Division I offer. If he does snag one, he'll be just the second Patriots football player in history to sign with a Division I school, joining last season's quarterback, Duece Gruden, who joined Lafayette college.

But he wouldn't be the first person in his family to be on a Division I roster. His brother, Billy, a former quarterback for Carrollwood Day, walked on at SMU two years ago.
