Plant High safety Paris Bostick's bright red shirt sort of gave away his college destination.

The Panthers starting safety selected Georgia over Arkansas at a ceremony Monday morning in the team's fieldhouse. Bostick pulled on a red Georgia hat with his name stitched on it punctuating his decision.

Arriving at that moment has been a long and arduous, at times, road for Bostick. He faced a bump in that road when he was kicked off the football team just before the Panthers Class 8A state championship game against Miramar last December.

Plant coach Robert Weiner said Bostick has shown great perseverance and persistence.

Check out the video and find out how Bostick made his way back onto the team and how he finally feels at home with a new family.
