The Pasco girls basketball team had an unblemished record heading into the 5A-8 District Tournament in early February.
They left that tournament as runners-up, after suffering a 45-34 loss to Gulf in the championship game.
Entering Tuesday's 5A Regional Semifinal game vs. the Buccaneers, the Pirates had one thing on their minds.
Revenge.
And that is exactly what Pasco earned on Tuesday, after downing Gulf, 53-45, to move into Saturday's regional final contest where they will face Bartram Trail.
Allahon Marbra led all scorers with 22 points, while Brianca Roberts, who just recently surpassed 1,000 career points, added 10.
The Buccaneers were paced by Kayla Kivinski with 14 points and Jalena Hawkins with 9.
