TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a fatal hit and run suspect. 

Detectives said the victim, identified as 58-year-old Sally Ann McClellan Webb, was crossing Nebraska Avenue when she was hit by a vehicle believed to be an older model, elevated, light-colored car, possibly with a vinyl roof. 

Officials said the suspect fled the scene. Webb was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead on scene. 

The vehicle can be seen on the video entering the right side of the frame. 

The crash occurred around 9:20 p.m. on Sunday, June 17.
