By daybreak, showers and storms will become more numerous in the Gulf and the coast.

A stationary front remains to our North, so southwest winds will continue over our area into next week.

This pattern will again bring the morning storms to the Gulf and coastal areas on Friday.  Storms will then move and develop toward inland areas.

Showers and storms will move northeast quickly through the day. The rain chance will be 60 percent.  Mostly cloudy skies will limit our daytime heating keeping highs in the upper 80s.

Friday night, storms will dissipate in the early evening with only a few isolated storms possible in the evening. Lows will be in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.

For this weekend, our rain chance will continue to be 60% with onshore winds and early storms along the coast.  Skies will be mostly cloudy.

It will be a little breezy Saturday through Monday as high pressure sits to our South and low pressure to our North creating stronger onshore winds. Rain coverage will continue to be 60% each day.  Storms  will start early near the coast then move inland.

Highs will be in the upper 80s near the coast to low 90s inland. Lows will be on the higher side, in the upper 70s to low 80s each day.

Our rain chances will begin to decrease slightly Wednesday and Thursday.  A southeast wind may return. This will change the timing of the showers and storms to afternoon  and evening.
