ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.— A fairly dry easterly flow will keep rain chances rather low for August through the evening.
- A few evening thunderstorms possible
- Scattered PM thunderstorms on Sunday
- Lower rain chance Monday
But with the daytime heating and sea breeze convergence there is still a chance of a few thunderstorms through the evening along the coast. Any thunderstorms that do form could be strong.
On Sunday, we start dry and warm again, then by late afternoon and evening some thunderstorms could form around the coastal sea breezes again.
These could be heavy so keep an eye to the sky and our Klystron 9 app if you have outdoor plans on Sunday.
