PALM HARBOR, Fla. -- A 68-year-old man was found unresponsive Monday in a community pool in Palm Harbor, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

The incident happened at the Country Place Apartments on Country Place Lane.
Residents found 68-year-old Eliezer Rodriguez submerged in the pool, according to deputies.
Paramedics pulled Rodriguez from the pool and were performing CPR by the time deputies arrived.
Rodriguez was transported to Mease Countryside Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Deputies say surveillance video show Rodriguez going underwater and not resurfacing.
The drowning appears to be accidential, the Sheriff's Office said.
