ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — It’s been a gorgeous few days with the cooler lows and the pleasant afternoon highs. Skies will be mainly clear overnight into early Tuesday morning.

  • Expect to see 50s and 60s on Tuesday, Wednesday mornings
  • Clear sky, temps in 70s for Halloween activities
  • Cold front will move through Gulf on Thursday

It won’t be as cool as the past few mornings, but it will still be very pleasant with lows in the 60s and 50s.

The humidity will remain low into Tuesday, but afternoon highs will be back into the mid 80s.

Skies will be mostly sunny again with the very dry atmosphere in place.

Tuesday night will be mostly clear, with lows in the 60s and 50s once again.

Wednesday will feature mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 80s.

We’re definitely into a very typical Florida autumn pattern, with warm afternoons and pleasantly cool nights.

Thursday will feature increasing clouds with a few passing showers in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 80s and the humidity will be increasing as winds shift and come from the south, in response to the approaching cold front for Friday.

Expect mostly cloudy skies with a batch of showers and storms to move through on Friday with the front. Highs will be in the 70s followed by the front bringing in another blast of drier, cooler air Friday night into Saturday morning.

That will set us up for a fantastic weekend ahead with low humidity and comfortable temperatures.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 70s and a cool northerly wind.

Sunday will be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 70s.
