Here's your Tampa area weather forecast for late Monday into Tuesday morning, along with a preview of conditions through Thursday.

  • Typical Spring warmth
  • Few isolated showers
  • Slightly cooler Thursday

It was a nice day across the region. As the sea breeze moved in from the coast it triggered a few scattered showers.

Those showers drifted inland and will dissipate, with skies going partly cloudy to mostly clear into early Tuesday morning.

There will be some areas of patchy fog, especially in those inland areas that received some rain.

Morning lows will be in the low 60s north, mid 60s inland, and near 70 at the coast.

Tuesday will again feature sunny skies going partly cloudy in the afternoon with a few isolated showers. They will drift inland through the afternoon to evening.

Highs will be in the upper 70s at the beach, but most spots inland will be in the mid 80s.

Tuesday night will feature an isolated shower ending with skies going mostly clear with some patchy fog. Lows will be in the 60s.

Wednesday will be similar with partly cloudy skies and a 20 percent coverage of a few showers. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.

A front will move through that night. It will not bring us a great rain chance, but it will bring another shot of slightly cooler, less humid air for Thursday.
