Speaking in front of delicately placed photos of Raniyah, the family announced they've upped their reward for information from $5,000 to $10,000.

"Any information you may have, no matter how small you think it is, please call Crimeline," said Chantae Parsons, Raniyah's mom.

The family stood together as they begged the public for tips on the case which has left investigators with little answers.

According the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Raniyah was found in the drivers seat of her car, which was riddled with bullets, at the park at Highgate Apartments.

Though family members say they don't believe anyone had a reason to hurt Raniyah, their lawyer said the suspect may have been on the lookout for her car.

"Given the amount of bullets found at the scene, it seemed like at least her car was the target," said attorney Greg Francis.

Raniyah's mother told reporters that they have not heard from the woman they believe Reniyah was visiting that night, but their lawyer said she has spoken with police.

"We don't have the details exactly what was shared with the investigators at this point because they're continuing to investigate this case," said Francis.

For now, they've raised the bar and doubled the reward money to try and solve this murder.

In the meantime, Raniiyah's mother reflected on the last words she ever heard from her: "Good night mom. I love you, see you tomorrow."
