The body of a man who has been missing since last week has been found in a wooded area in Seminole, a spokesperson with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office confirms.

The body of Robert Dulin was found in the area of 113th Street North and 102nd Avenue, near St. Petersburg College's Seminole campus.  They said his death does not appear suspicious at this time.

Dulin was last seen leaving Congressman Bill Young's office the morning of Dec. 4. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Dulin made a phone call and said he was walking back to the Pine Tree Manor Assisted Living Facility where he lives but he never arrived.

In an interview with Bay News 9 on Tuesday, his brother said the family wanted Dulin home for Christmas.

Dulin was in a car accident in the 1970s and has physical and mental disabilities as a result.

Congressman Bill Young and his staff said they were sad to learn the news of Dulin's death and expressed condolences to his family.

"We certainly wish the situation had turned out differently," they said.
