A crash in Clearwater is causing problems ahead of the evening commute, after police say a trailer flipped over.
It was filled with, what appears to be, landscaping debris that spread across multiple lanes of US-19 near Enterprise Road.
Drivers are being told to expect delays on both north and southbound U.S. 19.
