Danielle Stein joined the Spectrum Sports 360 team in July 2022 and loves what Central Florida has to offer.

A Boston native, Danielle is an avid New England sports fan and can always be seen cheering on her favorite teams. Her roots that first made her passionate about sports and sports broadcasting, inspired her to pursue a career in journalism when the Boston Red Sox won the 2004 World Series. This passion led her to an internship at New England Sports Network, as well as NBC Boston and ESPN's Pardon the Interruption.

Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in broadcast journalism. At UMD, she helped spearhead the first-ever student-run sports television show called The Left Bench. Danielle also sang with the Treblemakers, an all-female a cappella group. She's a proud Terp.

Danielle spent three years working at WCAV-CBS19 in Charlottesville, Virginia where she covered University of Virginia athletics on their way to various National Championships, College Cups, the College World Series, and more. Danielle was awarded each year with CBS19 as the Best Sports Operation of the Virginias through the Virginia AP Broadcasters Award and the VAB.

Storytelling and connecting with the community are what drives Danielle. She loves the stories that go beyond the highlights and work to foster meaningful relationships with those she reports on.

When Danielle isn't working, she loves to explore the city and be outside. Danielle is a big foodie and is always open to trying new restaurants, even hosting a segment at her last station called Dine with Stein. She loves cooking, traveling, working out, and hanging out with her friends.
