ORLANDO, Fla. – SeaWorld Orlando is giving its drive-in movie experience the Halloween treatment.

The new Flicks & Frights event, similar to SeaWorld’s Fireworks & Flicks, will take place on select Fridays and Saturdays from September 19 through October 31.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a Halloween movies from the comfort of their own vehicle. Each evening of the event will include two films — a family-friendly movie at 7:45 p.m. followed by a more “fright-filled” movie at 10:30 p.m.
For the first weekend of the event, which is this Saturday, the lineup includes PG-rated Hotel Transylvania and the R-rated It.
Other films scheduled to be screened on later dates include Ghostbusters, Frankenweenie, The Purge, Beetlejuice and Casper.
In addition to movies, the event will feature locally-sourced food trucks.
Flicks & Frights is separate ticket event and costs $40 per vehicle. SeaWorld pass members can receive a 20 percent discount.
All visitors attending the event will be required to wear a face covering when outside of their vehicles.
