CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. -- A Bay area roofing company is facing some tough questions for the work they haven't done on a Central Florida woman's home.

Mary-Ann Crocker of St. Cloud, who is legally blind, said she contracted Elite Roofing and Gutters Incorporated to fix her roof after Hurricane Irma.
However, the company based out of Crystal River has yet to do any work. Crocker said she paid $5,000 to the company in April and hasn't received a refund after three months of no work.
"He needs to come and give me back my money so I can get somebody here to put on a roof. I need somebody desperately to put a roof on my house," Crocker said.
Spectrum Bay News 9 reached out to the owner of Elite roofing and Gutters but has yet to hear back.
