ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — It will be another cold morning as you walk out the door Thursday.
- Patchy frost
- Slow warming trend
- Weekend rain chance
Expect partly cloudy skies overnight into early Thursday.
The high clouds can make a big difference in how low the temperatures drop. When the skies are clear, the temperatures drop lower.
If the clouds stick around, the temperatures might not get quite as cold. Either way, it will feel chilly, but those clouds can obviously be the difference in if we get any frost.
The lows will be in the low to mid 30s in Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, eastern Hillsborough, and western Polk counties. As a result, there could be some patchy frost in those areas.
Elsewhere, temperatures will stay in the upper 30s to 40s.
