HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — The attorneys for accused serial killer Howell Donaldson III are expected to file a motion Monday to prevent prosecutors from releasing certain material to the public.

One is a recorded conversation between Donaldson and his family.  The motion is also expected to ask that any future jail communication between Donaldson and his family not be released.

Donaldson is accused of shooting and killing four people in the Seminole Heights area in 2017.  He was arrested in late November that same year.
